Who we are

Polietica is an international family office focused on investment, development and strategic advisory across two principal sectors: Real Estate and Defense & Security. We take an active approach to projects where capital, structuring and specialist expertise can create sustainable long-term value. Our role is to identify opportunities, assess their potential and support their development from initial structuring through execution.

What we do

Polietica invests in projects and companies where active involvement can unlock significant value. Our activities combine direct investment, project development, financial structuring and strategic advisory, with a particular focus on opportunities requiring complex execution and long-term commitment.

In Real Estate, we invest in the acquisition, development, construction and commercialisation of selected residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. In Defense & Security, we advise governments and private companies on procurement, government-to-government programmes, tender processes, strategic financing and project development. We also invest in defense-related companies and projects, supporting the financing and development of military, defence and security programmes.
